What can I do to make sure I receive all my survey invitations?

As you can imagine, it's very important that we have a valid email address on file for you - otherwise you will miss important paid surveys invitations. If you need to update your email address, login to your account and click the "Edit Profile" link in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

On a related note, our system automatically keeps track of whether you are receiving our emails or not. If your email address doesn't seem to be valid, our emails to you are being bounced, blocked, etc. you will see a warning when you login notifying you that you are not receiving our emails.

Also, please note that we do NOT respond to email "challenge" requests.

These are systems implemented by some email providers that usually require the sender of an email to visit a special webpage and type in a random string of letters and/or numbers, used to help prevent spam.

We understand these systems may be helpful to people who receive a lot of spam, however, due to the huge number of members we have we're simply unable to respond to these requests.

To ensure you receive our emails, please do not submit an email that requires a "challenge" response.

Unfortunately, spam filters oftentimes block legitimate email that you want to receive. You should also add our email support@surveyclub.com to your address book, and also any "approved sender" or "whitelist" that your system uses to prevent our emails from being blocked accidentally.
